"The room was quite basic and the location is out of town. It got extremely hot in the room as there was no aircon - there was a ceiling fan and the windows were openable, so we had the fan on and window open overnight. It was still warm to be honest. There was no fridge in the room and they were not able to provide us with the use of a communal fridge, we had to rent a fridge for 50kr per night (though they double charged us, I'm in the process of having the overcharge refunded). The fridge we rented was very noisy unfortunately.
On the plus side, we had free access to the excellent public swimming pool opposite the hotel. There was a large main pool plus a great heated kids pool with slide. We also used the steam room which was lovely. Despite being out of town the hotel is also next to the miniature town and I believe there is a free train down to the outstanding Madsby Legepark. These amenities combined make the hotel a great choice with kids.
The breakfast was very good, with some gluten free and lactose free options."
