"This is a beautiful home in a beautiful village but it is NOT an alternative for 42 people (or even half as many). There is one small fridge and one small freezer plus a larger fridge freezer. There was only one small dishwasher which was HOPELESS for our group of 34. In addition the sink leaked constantly (when it wasn’t blocked). There is one ordinary sized oven without oven trays and one ordinary hob. We had good weather nearly every evening so fortunately we barbecued. We had no car, so...

"Just returned from a wonderful weeks stay at La P'tite Maison. Catherine and Didier were fabulous hosts, very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had the surprise of a bottle of cider, 4 home made macaroons and a jar of homemade jam to greet us, all very yummy. The accommodation was spotless and everything was provided to make our stay enjoyable. Parking was easy behind a locked gate and there was a garden with outside furniture and swing. Caen and the D Day landing...
