"Ich war sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Das Bad war unzureichend gereinigt, und als wir reklamierten, wurde uns vom Direktor gesagt, wir sollten froh über das fliessende Wasser sein. Nachgereinigt wurde nicht. Wir mussten den Boden im Bad selbst mit einem Tuch reinigen, das danach komplett schmutzig war. "Lovely location with stunning views. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Very calm and with easy access to either Chamonix and the Mont Blanc or Yvoire, Evian and other towns bordering Lake Leman. Numerous hikes available within 15 to 30 minutes from the chalet. You need your own transport obviously to book in a mountain village . Hosts are extremely welcoming and easy-going. "The room was very large and the staff did an excellent job in keeping it clean. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was very good. Make sure to make a reservation for restaurants at the hotel and in town, they fill up fast. Hotel has an excellent location, across the street from Lake Geneva. Easy walk to restaurants in town."

"The location of this hotel is perfect, it’s on La Rue and is central to the main area for shops, bars and cafes. The rooms are spotless, air conditioning was excellent, en suite was clean and roomy. The staff were just lovely, it’s a small hotel and they clearly love what they do. We will definitely stay here again."
