"The check-in process was smooth, and the room was adequate, but it lacked a comfortable mattress and blankets. The lakeshore beach, on the other hand, was excellent. Breakfast was satisfactory. They didn't allow me to get free shuttle service because they said I was only booked for one night. That was not cool. I'm a client regardless of how long I stay."

The staff was excellent and the room (with a small balcony) was fine. There numerous monkeys to see in the rear of the premises."
