"We had an amazing stay at Maison De Plumes … the house is beautiful and it has grounds to match ! Nicholas met us as soon as we arrived and made us feel welcome from start to when we left. We had a wonderful meal on the patio and each morning we was greeted with the most amazing breakfast spread .. The service was first class and We will certainly visit again and book a stay at Maison De Plumes !"

Nächster Ort Pernes. ca. 10 Autominuten, etwa 1500 Einwohner, aber 2 tolle Bäcker, 2 Schlacher, kleiner Gemüseladen mit toller Käseauswahl, Bank..............Wem das nicht reicht, fährt noch etwa 10 Minuten mehr nach ST. Pol oder Auchel. Das Haus ist sehr groß. Kleine Kritken, meckern auf hohen Niveau, die Windmühlen in der Gegend, passen nicht so sehr in die schöne Landschaft und sind auch immer ein wenig zu hören. "This place is fine to stay if you are checking in later and leaving early (for example making way to euro tunnel). It is not so comfy and more motel like - all in one bathroom wetroom. Our room was clean but smelt of cigarette smoke (and the blanket had burn holes) which wasn't pleasant. Communal areas in reception had laundry piled up. We arrived at 7pm to do the automatic check in and it said our room wasnt ready however Receptionist was helpful and friendly in advising and sorted us a room. "
