After I booked, even though I had already rented a car and made all of the plans to go...the hotel contacted me to tell me they were fully booked but had not updated that information on hotels.com. It was very disappointing..."

"This is a newer (2019) hotel, centally located, in a very old neighborhood. The staff tries very hard to create a high level of guest experience. The restaurant offers excellent food. Our room was on the 4th floor...but the elevator only goes to 3. Our room was large & comfortable. It had 2 balconies and nice, sunny southern exposure. The room was noisey...some neighborhood noise. And there was an apparent heating system overhead that made contant, low volume noise. The hotel is air...
