Neither we nor they experienced the level of class we were expecting, A couple days we had cold water, that is when we had water at all. We were there 4 nights and 5 days and asked each day for a second robe for our room. Never got it. Our friends didn't even get a single robe. We never received a full set of towels in spite of asking and asking. And don't even...

"Best hotel in Liwonde with a great staff and close to the park. "
