"The reception is very helpful and prompt. So is rishab who is part of the housekeeping team. But the property is worn out. For example, the linen has holes. The restaurant looks dead. The rooftop bar doesn’t exist. "

"The photographs have no resemblance to reality. It does not reserve three starts by any means. It is unacceptably dirty. I would not stay there again even at one third of their rates."

"While the room was nice and the hotel was clean and comfortable they were extremely mean on service. They ran out of towels and did not replenish empty shower/gel or shampoo. They also only provided two safe bottles of drinking water during our stay and refused requests for additional bottles. All in all, this was a disappointing hotel."
