"We recently stayed at Estrellas de Gredos and were really disappointed. The place has stunning mountain views and a traditional curved ceiling, but a lot of things went wrong. When we told the staff, they showed up unannounced at 22:00 and just said it was safe to leave it unlocked, which didn't sit right with us. The inside felt cheap too. "We had a great stay here! Lidia was super helpful and easy to communicate with. She answered all my questions, and when we were unfortunately later arriving than we planned she responded right away and we checked in easily. There is an air conditioning unit in the main living room but not in the bedrooms, so it takes a while for the cool air to reach the bedrooms which were quite warm at first …but we were there in a heatwave of 37-40 deg and it was still okay - there are ceiling fans in the...

Be Live City Center Talavera

Be Live City Center Talavera

10/10 Excellent
"Very central location, close to shopping, parks, monuments, and the cathedral. Breakfast buffet was nice, with a variety of items to choose from. It was tricky to figure out how to get to the parking lot for the hotel under the building, but the staff was very helpful in letting me know how to get to it once we got there. The staff was very professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable."
