Man hat Gefühl, man schläft nicht auf die Matratze, sondern auf die Holzbretter😟. Bettwäsche, mit Haaren 😖. Einrichtung selber Uralt, teilweise kaputte Sachen. In Kommode lagen noch die Wäsche (bestimmt von vorherigen Gästen) 😟. Wir waren in Dachgeschoss. Zimmer sind sehr eng, so wie Bad - es ist vielleicht 1mx1,5m und da ist...

"Sehr zentrale Lage in der Nähe der Sprungschanzen. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich, allerdings war eine Verständigung weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch möglich, was laut Hotelbeschreibung möglich sein sollte. Für die kalte Heizung hatte Sie keine Lösung parat. Auf die Nachfrage nach einer elektrischen Heizung am Folgetag wurde dann schnell reagiert. Die Parkplatzgebühr von 2 € laut Hotelbeschreibung war nicht korrekt. Uns wurden 5 € pro Tag berechnet. - keine Kartenzahlung möglich -...

Ich habe 120 € pro Nacht bezahlt weil nichts mehr frei war in harrarov was schon der dreifache Preis als üblich ist . Ich bin Abend 20 Uhr angekommen unfreundlich das Personal so begann der Alptraum . Dann das Zimmer nicht vorbereitet nicht bezogen der Müll der Gäste davor alles kaputt und beschädigt die Matratzen vesüft ekelhaft unfassbar . Die Rezeption damit konfrontiert mit Bilder die...
