"This hotel is 2/3 star but has a homely ambience. The structure has seen better times but the furnishings are modern. The bed is as new and very comfortable. Cleaning service is excellent Restaurant and bar offer great service and the food is good, well prepared and delivered in a timely manner. The staff at all levels go beyond expectations and make for a very enjoyable stay. We are here for two weeks and look forward to revisiting again"

"Savan Resorts is a beautiful hotel thats conveniently located about ten minutes to Savannakhet Airport. When we arrived the staff were attentive and helped us with our bags. We stayed on both sides of the resort which is a casino. The suites were very nice. They have many amenities including a gym, pool, spa, cafe and lots of food options! Everyone that worked there were so kind and were willing to go out of their way to help us. We enjoyed the cafe, spa, and chopstix. On our departure day they told us about their free airport shuttle and their employee Win went with us and helped us check in and stayed with us until we got through security. The service was impeccable I’d definitely stay there again. "
