"We visited puerto 5 years ago and knew it was the perfect place to celebrate our 10 year anniversary with our family. The place was beautiful and clean with views of the pacific and beautiful sunsets. The staff and all the meals were great. Lupe and Juanita really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and Catherine was easy to communicate with. Would love to come back in the future!"

"check in staff he was an older male is rude and we want to charge you for anything he can possibly think of booked through Expedia since I had points to use towards a hotel it was my spouse our 1 y/o son and they charged us extra for my son even though I put i had an Infant when i reserved also due to my son getting sick and having to leave an extra day early he refused to refund me my money back.
