"El Mirador had good customer service for the most part. They dont speak much if any english which wasnt a huge deal since I spoke the language but for those who dont, it might be difficult. The only two things were when we got there they tried giving us a room without air conditioning or hot showers, I had to explain that we paid for those services -after that they moved us with no problem. During our stay the service was nice, there wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was good. Then on...

"Hotel was pretty nice and a good value for the money. Free Airport Shuttle was on-time and very well run. Breakfast was cooked to order most days (though had a buffet the first day there with nice fresh fruit) and pretty tasty. AC worked well in the room. "Love the Art and furniture in the common Areas. We only had Hot Water Once during our stay, luckily it 's summer down there... The staff were very friendly and helpful Specially Jimmy. That boy will go places."

"It's a disgusting, dirty, full of fleas that didn't let my family sleep at all. And they don't care. Expedia shouldn't not work with this hotel. The breakfast is terrible too. It's hard to get there and move around the town even worst. I'm so disgusted by this hotel!!! Fleas!!! "
