"I booked Regenta Inn Sambalpur after seeing so many positive promotions and advertisements, but my actual experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition and felt neglected. "Rooms are good with hot and cold running water, tea maker, good toiletories etc. The breakfast spread was also good. The front desk staffs were very co-operative. But unfortunately the Bar, wherein smoking is allowed in the closed AC room is not accessible to chill after hectic day. Another frustrating part is the completely empty mini bar at the room.
