"Teeninduspersonal on väga tore, aga on palju pisiasju, mis mind häirib. Kõige suurem puudus on väga ebakvaliteetne siseviimistlus. Spa, koridoride ja pesuruumide plaatimistööde kvaliteet on täielik null. Samas jälle sisekujundus on väga ilus ja hubane. We knew that there are SPA complex available, but it wasn't our main purpose of the trip - we wanted to enjoy early autumn of Saaremaa and were looking for a nice overnight premises. "Edellisten arvioiden ja hotellin nimen (spa) mukaan kuvittelimme hotellissa olevan uima-altaan. Ei ollut! Huoneessa oli lyhyt hotelli-info, jossa kerrottiin kylpylämahdolliduudesta viereisessä hotellissa. Kysyttyämme siitä, kuulimme kylpylän olevan remontissa. Viileän ja osittain sateisen sään vuoksi se oli pettymys."
