There is no hot water here and the water is incredibly dirty, I fell sick the next day and was sick for my entire trip after this horrible hotel. Absolute garbage in every way, which is consistent with all Polo Tower properties. Terrible company and terrible location. Disgraceful Service in every way. "

"My friend and I were welcomed the moment we entered the building. The check-in process was pretty fast, and they guided us to the room. Complimentary daily breakfast and breakfast dishes were delicious. There is a restaurant at the top of the building. They provided the menu in each room, which you simply phone to order dishes. They will bring a tray of your order to your room. There is a TV and hundred of free channels in the room. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable....

"An unnecessary amount was asked at the time of check-in which was no where mentioned at the time of booking. There was no water and electricity available in the morning. We were told that electricity is out but the 'aquarium' placed at the counter was ON ALONG WITH THE LIGHTS IN THE ALLEY so basically they are just DECEIVING the customers that electricity is not available while they had DELIBERATELY switched it OFF. Moreover, when you asked/question them, the staff will behave RUDELY AND...
