"great location and host. we spent 7 days in the property and it was such a convenient location and easy to walk around. "

"This place is amazing. It was built as a winery in 1600’s and now it has been converted into a hotel. The architecture and interior finish is beautiful. The grounds and pool are meticulously maintained. It was a treat to have a full hot breakfast rather than the usual continental. It was very quiet however we were there in October."

"Great location to everything. Their private beach was a 10 minute walk but worth it. We didn’t have AC for two days but they provided fans and did everything they could to make us comfortable."

"Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly…they truly made a difference. Plus, the Hotel is truly unique and very historic in the middle of Trani. We loved every second of our stay and highly recommend it to anybody who loves history, elegance, and a relaxing atmosphere. "

"We will stay there again."

"Meet & greet host : Informative of area churches etc. Description of room on site misleading. This room is Not Luxury. Would describe as basic Travel Room. Bed: Poor quality of structure. We notified host that the Bed "Creeked "Badly " with every Slight movement. Response " no one else has complained " which does not solve the problem. We requested a solution & for the host to come to room. Mentioned to a cleaner. No one was willing to attend to our complaint. Host wrote offering a topper...

"There is no shower in the bathroom, it is just a bathtub without sliding door or curtains. Breakfast was good. Parking very convenient"

"Nice clean room. Parking a little challenging, Good breakfast. Host Francesco was very nice. Thank you!"

"Great location, right on a main beach and walking route, lots of restaurants close by. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Absolutely Loved this property!!! Pietro, Agostino and the rest of the staff that took care of us were very nice and welcoming. Thank you for a great visit!!"

"We had a great time here! The beach was beautiful and secluded, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was delicious!"

"Great location Wonderful room Delicious breakfast "

"Situé au milieu d´une palmeraie, le site semble, de prime abord, parfait. Malheureusement, la promesse n´est pas tenue. Chambre spartiate, pour un 4* on aurait espéré nettement mieux, savonnette du locataire précédent laissée dans le porte savon de la douche, climatiseur et frigidaire bruyants le volet ne se ferme pas entierement .... Côté petit-déjeuner, on peut dire que c´est correct sans plus, la piscine est ouverte au public exterieur elle est donc bruyante et remplie de monde. Bref,...

"Matteo was a terrific host, very helpful and friendly! The room was awesome and my husband especially enjoyed the jacuzzi."

"Incredibly friendly and helpful owner. Great location. Nice breakfast and central location. Highly recommended!!!"

"Top.. at all levels. A beautifully restored palazzo in the perfect location. Our hosts Maria Carla (?) was so welcoming and gave us perfect recommendations for local places to eat. Which we enjoyed immensely. The room was spotless, the bed super comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet at night. I enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace in the morning with fresh pastries and cafe in the morning. Highly recommend and I hope we will return soon !"
