"The property consists of hotels and apartment houses that were built at different times, but seem recently renovated. Villa Adria is separated from the beach with a walkway that is full of restaurants and the main tourist drag during evenings. A grocery store is in the building and a pharmacy a block away. The main disadvantage is that the beach gets crowded in the summer. It’s a nice place for family vacation if you don’t like resorts, but prefer an apartment in a Mediterranean village."

"Excellent experience all around! The reception, spa, restaurant and housekeeping staff were all fantastic and very helpful. The location is great- within walking distance of many restaurants and shops on the back side and immediately adjacent to a long sea-side promenade at the front. The common areas including the restaurant, spa, pool and beach are beautiful, very clean and well maintained. Also appreciated that the sea-side chairs and spa access are included. "Worst Experience ever, doesn’t cost any money. Rude reception, the beach was closed while everywhere was written and posred pictures of sun lounges and beach facilities. (Btw the Weather was great 23 and 22• water) for 20 euros for pet we got pet bed which was smelling and Had holes from cigarets. All in all rooms were terribly old and bad maintained worse than a hostel. Instead of bed you sleep on 2 folding beds (COTS!!)"

"The proximity to the centre of Malinska and the riva was exceptional, within walking distance of all restaurants cafes beaches. The reception and their demeanour left a lot to be desired. The wifi was deplorable with little empathy or willingness to hear about the wifi or offer and assistance or plausible reason for the terrible wifi, by the reception staff."
