The only weak spot was the guiding - we went for a game drive and the guide was not knowledgeable and not interested in hearing what the guests wanted to see."

"Disappointing stay. The deck overlooking the Kunene River which is featured in the advertisement for the property is stunning. However, nothing else lived up to these expectations. Our booking showed a hotel room and when we arrived we were shown to what was apparently a "guides" room. The room was small, dark and dingy and was closed with a lock on a latch. For the less money at other locations in the area we received a far better deal. We asked to be moved as this was not good for the amount...
