"Loved the hot breakfast and affordable rate!"

"Room, staff and property were excellent."

"Great place to stay. Clean and Quiet. Friendly staff. Lots of options for Breakfast. Stayed here the last time I was here and will stay again the next time I'm in the area."

"This was a charming little place very clean and neat actually got to meet the owners super super nice people highly recommend it we go to Seneca Lake three or four times a year and this spot will be reoccurring"

"Clean, cozy and peaceful. Host was very quick to respond with any help you need."

"Amazing well appointed property with equally amazing hosts! Just the right location for relaxation and close by activities! "

"I paid for the stay in advance and within a few hours the property cancelled my reservations and it took 4 days to get my money back"

"This ranch was clean and well furnished for an enjoyable stay near Caldwell."

"This little cabin is amazing. The peace and quiet were exactly what I needed. The views of the sunrise/sunset, and listening to the night life ( frogs, coyotes, etc) was relaxing. Inside the cabin, everything appears new, the kitchen is stocked with everything a cook could need. The bed was very comfortable, and the large living space was more than adequate. If you like to fish, take a fishing pole, the pond has bluegill, and, supposedly, bass. Might be a little out of the way, but its well...

"Terry and Annie were excellent hosts. The Mystic Cottage was in tiptop shape and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was well stocked; however, we did enjoy going to the Dockside restaurant, too! Try the French toast or the sausage and cheese omelette And the ice cream sundaes were absolutely delicious! Beautiful Seneca Lake is the perfect location for the cottage. We had a wonderful stay, and we hope to return again."

"Nice place"

"The house was as advertised. There were ten of us and the common areas: living room, dining room and deck were large enough with seating to accommodate all of us at once. The bedrooms were huge with very nice bed clothes. The entire house was decorated beautifully. The location worked perfectly for our daily trips to The Wilds."

"The kitchen is fully stocked, and the entire place is very clean. The peace amd serenity I experienced here were just what I needed after a few trying months. Pet friendly, my dog was in heaven with the pond and acreage to run. This hidden gem is just that, a gem. A little slice of heaven. Do pay attention, and bring food, as its at least 30 minutes to a store. "

"Beautiful property and perfect for our family reunion."

"The place was lovely, hopefully will stay again and explore farm."

"The listing was very accurate. I should have realized the challenge of getting luggage up the spiral staricase. The property was very clean and had everything we needed to fix meals. The deck needs some work and it would be nice to have a table and chairs outside, other than the picnic table close to the water. It was a wonderful place for 3 generations to gather and reconnect. Thank you for providing just the right place."

"Very nice place with tons of amenities. We will definitely be staying again!"
