"The house has a lovely large garden (shared with another property) for the kids to run around, play, outdoor shower etc. It is located in a green area rigth next to some woods and the access road to the lake (boat/canoeing/SUP etc, but no swimming allowed - i still went out on some great morning swims). The lake is quite beautiful and you can run/walk around on a very nice path (ca 14km). A larger road is just outside the property and you will hear the cars, but our kids were louder during the...

Parfait avec un jeune enfant pour les haltes et escales en journée entre deux plages ou activités. Très propre à l'arrivée et très très bien équipé en petit électroménager et ustensiles. "The house with a large garden is located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, the sea and the center of Mimizane plage can be reached very quickly by bike. Uncomplicated and very nice landlord, we were allowed to use everything that was in the house. Unfortunately, the cleanliness, especially the kitchen, left something to be desired. All in all a very nice and relaxed holiday."
