"The room we received was very dusty and not clean. There was no electricity except for specific time at night. No hot water at all in any of the rooms I was told. Safe was broken and unusable. The pool water was muggy and you could barely see a few inch into it. It was unusable. "

"Séjour prévu initialement au cap kimony qui nous a déplace au kimony ressort car le 1er était fermé. Personnel accueillant et serviable. Bungalow spacieux et climatisé (normalement) mais l'électricité permettant d'allumer la climatisation n'est pas disponible. "The room was extremely hot and we had no power for 11 hours. It was so hot we couldn't breathe. The problem, the staff told us in the hotel generator. If they can't accommodate a fan and a lamp, they shouldn't run the hotel in such an expensive price (90 euros for a double room without breakfast!). Also there were rats on the roof having a party all night. The water in the pool they advertise was green and murky. It hadn't been cleaned for ages. The only positive thing was that the staff...
