Check in was slow and tedious since I had booked through Hotels.com. The total cost was more than quoted because they charged a service fee for using a credit card. The room itself was clean but the carpet was dirty and the sheets were dirty on one of the two beds. We were supposed to have a room with a queen bed. "

"Got chewed up by bedbugs (found a nest in the corner of our mattress) and checked out early. Not impressed overall with cleanliness standards of bathroom or floor either. Staff at front desk was super friendly. Continental breakfast is available. "
