"The place is nice enough for the price and the age of the building, however the grounds could be kept up better and the bed linens should be more fresh we could tell the bed linens had been on the bed a while they were clean but not fresh they had a stuffy, stashed away for months at a time smell. Staff at front desk was nice. "

"I’ve stayed here several times already-I love it so much. Extremely clean, comfortable and well organized. The views from each room are stunning with the added bonus of exotic animals roaming the fields around the house. I highly recommend this property."

"I had reserved both side of the duplex. When we arrived we could only access one unit because the lock was broken. The next morning someone came to "fix" it and we able to get in. However when returned back to the unit after the wedding that night again we were locked out. After we could contact the hosts we were able to get in again but very frustrating. We did not have WIFI access or any instructions for departure. Otherwise nice units "

"This is a beautiful home and Rick was so responsive. It was perfect for us, close enough to the stadium and downtown Athens to be a quick drive but far enough away to have peace and quiet."
