"My room was dirty and had ants in it. They switched me to another room and it had ants in the bed too. (Not bed bugs, ants.) the towels were not nice. The bathroom was small. I can’t believe they charge so much money for this hotel. "

There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next.
