The facility is first class, comfortable, and impeccably maintained. Every staff member was professional, helpful, and made it clear his/her desire was to provide the best possible service. However, be mindful of the season of your travel. We went in mid-Oct and it was cold (we're Californians) but were unable to use the heater since the cold season hadn't started. "
