"Çalışanlar ilgili, otel genel olarak temiz. Ancak teknik olarak odaların kontrolü mutlaka yapılmalı ( televizyon, sabunluk, duş, sıcak su vb.) Bunların çoğunda sorun yaşadık. Bir de rezervasyon sistemlerini ve Hotels.com la olan entegrasyonlarını daha da geliştirmeleri gerekiyor. Örneğin biz iki oda rezerve etmemize rağmen otele geldiğimizde tek oda ayrıldığını gördük. Her ne kadar resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar sorunu çözmek için çaba gösterip hallettilerse de ilk giriş anında böyle bir sorun...

"Daire lokasyon olarak çok avantajlı. Çevresinde market, eczane, fırın vb. olanaklar var. Kültürel gezi yapmak isteyen ve şehir müzelerine ulaşımlarında maksimum yaklaşık yarım saatlik yürüme mesaferinde. Dairenin için oldukça sıcaktı, Kütahya'nın gece soğuna rağmen hiç üşümedik. Mutfak aktif kullanılabilir durumda değildi; hem dairenin hem de çarşaf-yastık hijyeni konusunda biraz daha özenilmesini tavsiye ediyorum."
