"The shower never worked and there was too much sound (music) during the night and early in the morning. The room we choose had a picture with tv but there was none in the room. We also got food poisoning from our dinner. Javier the guy from the reception was nice and the view was great."

Find the gate on land was difficult but they were very responsive and helpful, it was a short delay and small inconvenience.
