"Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service. "Fantastic multi-generational adventure! Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, arranging taxis and horse riding and more! Lovely historic property with tons of space and even a playground for the kids - they loved it! Beautiful, warm, enchanting place. Can’t wait to return!"
