"I loved the quality of the restaurants and the staff. Despite being in Romania where there are not many, in my experience, who speak english; All of the staff spoke english and were very helpful at helping me find my way. I booked this hotel over my other options due to the advertised out door pool and the sauna. What I was not told is that the pool is closed and being renevated and the inside pool is a seperate business that is open to the public for access. The gym was nice but very difficult...

"We stayed intially in the junior suite which was spacious, quite stylish and included a free mini bar. Our initial room had shown as being cleaned on the hotel system but in fact it hadnt but we were moved swiftly and compensated with complimentary drinks by a very efficient and pleasant member of staff. Due to availability we subsequently stayed in an executive room on the top floor. It has a more restricted free mini bar and a large smart tv and was quiet but felt a little more cramped as were...

Throughout that time, there were slumps (think: pandemic) and booms in occupancy. Regardless of the cycle, the service has always been flawless. "No one around hotel Lev or II. Dragged heavy lugage up the stairs at entrance only to find door locked, no lights insid, no staff, noone to ask. Dragged said luggage down high steps and along the street and into broken and uneven floor courtyard then got in through back door to find no one to ask/check me in. Helped only by elderly Dutch couple smocking outside that when their coffee arrives i could ask waiter, who was impertinent telling me to go to Lev Or I, further down along the street to...
