"Like it's sister hotel in VT, MMV le Panorama was a sound choice. Conveniently located a stones throw away from the information centre and ESL school centre as well as local shops and restaurants. Had to collect snowboard from local rental shop which are affiliated with the hotel as rental shop in the hotel had limited supply of equipment for snowboarders (skiers in our group had no issues). "Initially my husband was worried that the hotel room was a little dated however it was really clean, had a kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and was lovely and quiet with a lovely shower in the bathroom. Everything we needed for a stay in Gap and a lovely half an hour walk into the old town along a lovely pedestrian walkway. Ate at the Indian restaurant Sartaj in town- amazing food! "Super friendly staff - and valloire is a beautiful town! Didn’t realise it was not a regular hotel so making beds after a long flight was not really fun... 400euro deposit which we found expensive compared to other hotels during our euro trip... also took ages to come back to our card which took a chunk from our budget. Had to clean and vacuum the room after stay too... Great little unit but more like a holiday pet than a hotel... Staff made the stay worth while however !!! "

"Had not been informed that this is more of an apartment rental than a hotel, and arrived at 10pm to find reception had closed at 8pm- there had been no warning of any closing times! Fortunately our apartment had been left open for us, but there were no sheets on any of the beds! The keys were not left in the apartment and we had to put a table against the door on the first night! Having managed to get sheets & towels the next day, we had to make up our own beds and after a 2 night stay were also...
