"The layout of my first room was logistically unpleasant and forced me to change my room. I kept hitting my knee every time I passed the bed and only one outlet was available for use. My 2nd room was an esthetically lovely room (a surprise upgrade), but the exceptionally poor Wi-Fi connection, non-working TV, and lack of hot water ruined that ambiance. When I let them know about, I was told that it was going to get fixed but this was continued every single day.
