was nice but staff could have made efforts to clear out debris like twigs and leaves . The steps everywhere and no elevators was a problem for the elderly and families with strollers. Water pressure issues during our stay. Not fun having shampoo in your hair and the water goes awol. But I suppose it could’ve been worse. It could’ve happened when I was giving my 4 year old a bath. They stormed the grounds and took over the place, grabbing all the chaise lounges, then the chairs from the pool. It totally ruined the serenity that I was led to believe I was going to get.
