"La chambre est bien situé au cœur du port à quelques pas de la ville fortifiée. La chambre était grande , le lit plus grand que prévu (double dans la description queen en réalité ) . Le stationnement payant est à deux pas de l’hôtel. On paye à la sortie ce qui simplifie le tout."

The property was very well equipped and beautifully clean, and the host could not have been more helpful or friendly. Only slight niggle was the Wi-Fi coverage, apart from that everything far surpassed expectations"

"Nous avons passé 3 jours à 2 personnes dans cet atypique et très bel atelier réaménagé très joliment et intelligemment en appartement.La rue est très calme et la grande partie vitrée n’est absolument pas gênante bien au contraire. Superbe vue sur le théâtre de la haute ville juste en face.Granville est une belle station balnéaire et la cité haute est charmante avec ses vieilles maisons et ses remparts. La vie de quartier est très sympa au niveau de la place à 200m de l’appartement.Sans hésiter nous y reviendrons si nous sommes de nouveau à Granville dans le futur."

"I had a warm welcome and the gentleman at reception put my medication in a fridge for me. The lift was handy with bags, the corridors were very dark with light on timers. The double room was confortable big enough as I was by myself. I would have loved a complimentary bottle of water., because I’d walked from the station."

La nuit avec les fenêtres ouvertes la rue est un peu bruyante.J'avais demandé le kit linge (30 euros en plus) mais j'ai dû chercher pour trouver les draps et serviettes de toilettes. Il n'y avait pas non plus de torchon. C'est un peu dommage car quand on facture une prestation elle se doit d'être complète."

"Of our multiple trips to Normandy and other spots in France, the Mercure stands out as the very best experience we have had. The main reason? The SUPERB team taking care of guest relations. We had a number of special requests (holding luggage on both ends of the trip, borrowing extra towels, using plates/wine glasses, etc.) and they handled every single one gracefully. Beyond that, they were unfailingly friendly and kind. To be blunt, we are not accustomed to this kind of service in France — what we received was more in line with a 5-star American hotel. In our experience, this only happens when there is both excellent recruiting, a great training approach, and good treatment of staff members. Congrats on this great result — in short, what a team! We will be back — both to Granville and to the Mercure. In fact, during the years ahead, we hope both will become regular places to spend time several times per year. That is a reflection of how special the team made our visit, and we are extremely grateful for the care. À bientôt !"
