"(1) The air conditioner was not on, so when we arrived, the room was quite hot. Took about 20 minutes to cool down the room. For people staying at the airport hotel, they probably want a comfy room, all set for them, so that they can rest immediately, perhaps for an early morning flight. The staff offered us ice and a cold drink, so they were trying, but a ready room would have been better. (2) Also, the bathroom lacks a bit of privacy. Separate doors to the toilet and shower, but the toilet door has a 4-6 inch gap opening, and no door to the bathroom area, with mirrors all around. (3) No place to buy food, other than a convenience store with very few dinner/lunch options, and the restaurant offered only a buffet, which was not practical for people lost wanting something simple, and rest before their early morning flight."
