8/10 Good
"Reasonable value for the money. Flawless check in and check out. Lakefront had a nice view. Room was a bit dated (peeling wallpaper) but clean. Breakfast staff on Saturday was great, Sunday was quite rude. A decent option if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep while you enjoy Kingston."

10/10 Excellent
"This was a nice surprise, the room was renovated and very clean, nice toiletries, food lighting, the pool's surroundings were newer it felt safe for the kids. We stayed in room 207 and having the car parked right outside our door was very practical. Breakfast wadisnt have many varieties but what was there was well made and kept clean. The staff is very attentive with a friendly smile."

"The checkin and staff were excellent. The facility is renovated and is decent in general for a Comfort Inn. The room appears clean, but the bathroom ceiling had mould on it and the sheets on the bed were so worn that they had holes in them. The towels were in good condition. They mentioned a “Grab and go” breakfast or get 10 % off the adjoining restaurant for breakfast. We departed around 7 am and saw no “grab and go” where we were told to find it, but my expectations were pretty low as to what it would be, so we just headed out. Being a Comfort Inn, I don’t expect much other than a reasonably adequate room at a fair price, which it delivers on. There is a fee of $6.78 for parking, which I think is rediculous for a hotel that’s not in a downtown area, but was expecting it as it was mentioned in previous reviews."
