There is craftsmanship in each piece, from ceilings using wood repurposed from old barns to the bed headboard made from the door of the original house. You get to know all about the history of the place it used to be. The property is beautiful and lovely to walk around. "Our family enjoyed a very relaxing weekend at Steele Creek Marina in the house boat. It was larger than expected, clean, and the property manager was easy to work with and quick to respond. We docked our boat in a slip on the same dock making for an easy way to quickly enjoy the water with three small children. A great stay. We will be back. "
