"We had a wonderful stay at Attunga in Falls Creek and highly recommend it. The location is absolutely perfect – truly ski-in, ski-out access that made getting onto the slopes effortless each day. The views over the mountains were stunning and added to the whole alpine experience. What really stood out, though, was the genuinely friendly and welcoming staff. From check-in to dining, every interaction felt warm and personal."

"Amazing accommodation, comfy stay, great view from the room. Quick and easy check-in. No toiletries or tea/coffee/sugar provided- BYO. The place has no lifts and hence have to get all your luggage upstairs by yourself through the narrow stairs. The approach is a steep climb and may not be very access friendly for older people or with kids. "

"Great view over the Summit slopes. Lovely renovated room. The meals were excellent. Almost all staff were very friendly, even the foreign staff who were trying hard with their English. Negatives...the stairs! We were on the 5th floor from the entrance, which was a big ask for 60+ year old guests, especially after skiing. We had help with our suitcases though, which was great. The food was amazing, the service was impeccable, we loved and used most of the facilities and we could feel that the owners really have done a good job to make the stay a great experience and not only "an accommodation". "Property is run down and unclean. We were booked for 4 nights and left after 2. It was booked to celebrate a special moment and was terribly disappointing. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. The only positive part of the resort was the staff. They were more then amazing. "
