"Absolutely wonderful Hotel Staff!"

"The rooms are spacy, well equipped and furnished and the overall cleanliness is super. The staff is very friendly and caring. The location is excellent nearby the beautiful Pyhäjärvi lake, several interesting destinations and trails. The old Tartu city is worth a day trip as well. Minor drawbacks (to Finns) are small saunas and their related facilities."

"Great place. The suite is really nice. Be aware that everything is reconstructed inside the building. There is no charm of "old Europe". The paintings on the wall are a bit overblown (art "pompier" for those who know) but overall it was a very nice experience with a great dinner and a fantastic breafeast. The personnel was very helpfull and nice. I would definitely recommend the place. Parking is super easy."

"I liked the location near the Baltic Sea. I was disappointed in the quality of the room furnishings; the beds were very uncomfortable and the shower/tub was weird-designed more for a spa or honeymoon suite. Also the hotel is popular with cruise ship tour groups which makes it difficult to enjoy the breakfast."
