"Desde el principio la comunicación con el personal ha sido hostil. Hicieron caso omiso de mis peticiones. En una localidad donde no hay servicios, tienen inhabilitado el microondas. No se puede calentar ni un vaso de agua para hacer una infusión. El bar restaurante cerrrado todos los días. Ausencia de personal. Ten envían un código de acceso y se quedan tan anchos.Dicen "vistas a la montaña", lo que no dicen es que además a los contenedores de basuta y a los tubos de refrigeración. Nada de...

"The property was new and lovely and clean. Check in was a little confusing but a staff member was on hand via a button at the door to assist. There was a muffin. tea and coffee facilities however the coffee machine was not working. Bed and bedding wax wonderfully comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shampoo provided."

"The whole concept of stoked is great. Unfortunately it plays out a little different in reality. Upon arriving we were informed that we’d booked the basic package which came with a tent and no sleeping bag or mat. Obviously the fault is ours but I talked to several other campers at stokes and they had the same problem. It didn’t cost us too much extra but I’d like to see it addressed. "Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo. La casa es enorme, con todos los elementos necesarios no le falta de nada. Vistas inmejorables con puestas de sol de escándalo. Lo mejor el jardín con su barbacoa, pasamos una tarde estupenda alli! Ojalá podamos volver a repetir Muchas gracias por vuestra amabilidad"
