The only thing is that Hotels.com advertised that breakfast is included in the price, however, this was not the case. Also, internet was so slow that it wasn't usable. "The property itself was fantastic and really well maintained. Exceptional apartment, very clean and spacious. I had such an enjoyable stay. Staffs were very friendly and helpful with my needs. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the Chinese food in the restaurant is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Benin City."

I had to go through a lot of hassle trying to clear that. I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, and breakfast was included in my booking but they refused to give me breakfast for one week. "It wasn’t what I saw on their website I saw when I got there. The first room I was given the bathroom roof was full With mold, the air conditioner was full of dust, the bedding was stained and the manager was kind enough to get me another room. It was a little bit better than the first one but wasn’t what I was expecting I had to check out the next day to look for something nicer. The waitress lacks professionalism."
