"My friend and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner worked great. It has a cute courtyard with a small pool, hammock, and plants. We felt safe there as there is a large door that is locked to the entrance to the street. The staff helped us get taxis and a shuttle from the airport. Walkable distance to the restaurants. There are bikes on property that makes it even easier to get around. "

The first didn’t have a/c but we were provided 3 fans which was fine. The second was a very large room with a/c overlooking the front courtyard. "This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. "We had a wonderful time. The house was not super fancy but it was very functional, clean, and in the perfect location for peace and quiet. We were right on the beach, which we had all to ourselves the whole time. We enjoyed lounging in the hammocks and sitting around a campfire in the evening. I especially liked that there were screens on the windows and fans so that we could sleep without AC and listen to the ocean at night. Definitely recommend to others!"

"If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing.
