"This hotel is very run down conditions of carpet and furniture is stain and terrible. Wall paper in elevator is coming off. Just dirty. We found pills on the floor in the hall way and rocks . Also in the room, the electrical outlet was broken and showing wires if we would not have noticed this and plugged something in we could’ve been electrocuted.We have small children so we found this unacceptable. We mentioned this to the person at the front desk when we checked out and they said somebody would be getting in touch with me, but nobody ever did."

"I had some of my employees stay there to work in Roswell. They said this was a perfect place to stay - VERY clean and very nice. Someone will be going back to Roswell, and they already requested to stay at this facility. THIS IS A 5 STAR Hotel. "
