"I was blown away by the cleanliness of the hotel. I love the breakfast everyday and the staff was pretty friendly. I would definitely come back to stay there. I love the gardens and the birds in the patio. I highly recommend it. I used the sauna and I would have loved to have some fresh water available outside. But, overall, I am very pleased with my stay. "

"Hubo discrepancias en lo ofertado. Por ejemplo en la página indicaban que se incluía el kit de aseo ayenda. Toalla, shampoo, y jabón. Pero el shampoo manifestaron que no se incluía, y el jabón era de los más baratos de ese jabón chiquito. Además se ofrecen como hotel ayenda y no observé publicidad de ayenda en ningún lado. Aunque se pidieron tres camas individuales atercaban que eso no era así, y querían cobrar un adicional, me tuve que enojar y decirles que eso no era lo que me habían ofrecido...

"They were unable to locate my reservation upon check in, 30 minute delay. I ordered food and I was never informed that my food came in; 1 hour later when I inquired food was at front desk cold. Breakfast service is horrible and food not well prepared. Overall I do not recommend this hotel, very poor experience "

"El anfitrión es súper atento y estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada, de nuestra estancia y de nuestra partida. El apartaestudio es cómodo, limpio, iluminado y está muy bien equipado. Exactamente cómo se indica en la descripción! Para ir caminando hasta el centro histórico de Popayán no es muy cerca, pero desde allí llegas fácil y rápido en carro particular o transporte público. ¡Recomendado! Gracias ;)"
