The property could benefit from some landscaping and general interior updates. The bathroom would be more functional with a few wall hooks for towels and clothing. "As with all resort rooms, it was compact but still family friendly. Pool was a big hit with grandkids. Short walk to IB boardwalk and the IB trolley will pick up and drop off if you ask. Staff is great!"

"I had reservations for this property well in advance of when I needed to stay. I tried for two days to get a hold of whoever I needed to get a hold of to see if I could have my boyfriend check in instead of me since he would be there earlier. Once I finally got a hold of someone, at the property, they didn’t have me down for a reservation. I kept getting emails and phone calls from a company called evolve and it appears to be some sort of scam that I was wasting my time with trying to figure...

"Rm 7 at Alexander landing is great. It was clean with everything you need. It has great outdoor space and a hot tub. October is perfect because we had the pace to ourselves. The only negative was the manager/ cleaning lady. Hot tub was supposed to be open but she rudely told us it wouldn’t be open for another half hour. We were preapproved for a late check out and she rudely told us we couldn’t have a late checkout. Just needs some training on how to kindly apologize when things are not as they...

"Edward, the host, was the best host I've ever encountered. He greeted us at the property, showed us around, and had food, wine and a cake ready for us in the cabin. He also had a fire going in the pit by the river. The property was very clean. The river was calming. The hot tub was relaxing. If you need to get away for a few days for R&R, this is your place!"
