"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay here! The resort is absolutely beautiful and our room and views were stunning! We saw so many animals just sitting on our balcony. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was great at both of their restaurants. It’s a very short driving distance from Manuel Antonio National Park and they offer shuttle service to and from the park and the beach. We will definitely be back!"

"The resort was beautiful, quiet and clean, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. You will see monkeys and sloths. The staff will point them out to you as well. Most of the community does speak English and do take dollars without difficulty. The restaurants on the resort are pricey, we tried Agua Azul close by and it was delicious and reasonable, Emil’s Cafe was also great but also a little more pricey. Taking a taxi to the local restaurants in Manuel Antonio is about $10 each...

"Everything about this hotel is phenomenal. Starts at booking, check in, the staff is Excellent, attentive, friendly. Will is the best , in the restaurant area. He is kind, funny , professional, and an all around asset to the hotel. All of the restaurant staff was amazingly kind The reception guys were very helpful with information, getting our bags to and from the car, and everyone was in charge of keeping the kittys safe from the monkeys . "Wonderful family operation, friendly, helpful staff, amazing view with lots of wildlife surrounding the hotel. From our door we spotted toucans, macaws, agouti, three types of monkeys, to mention a few. The owner is warm and welcoming. There is a delightful pool overlooking the jungle and ocean. We can’t imagine a lovelier place to stay. It is also very convenient to stores, a very natural beach, and restaurants. There is also a great highly rated Korean style restaurant on premises."

"Positives: It was very cute. Beautiful beach and delicious food locally. The staff was nice. We appreciated having dishes and cutlery! We loved the Baguette. Great wait staff and view. Negatives: Parking was rough. Not many spaces and backing in/out was borderline dangerous. Day two we had some little spider ant looking things. Not sure if that is common or not?"

"Las Cascadas has amazing virws of the mountains behind it. We saw birds and monkeys and even deer during our stay. The marina is very conveniently located just down the hill. This hotel is on a mountain, so there are a lot of hills and stairs. If you don't mind a hike, this hotel is definitely for you. All the staff were friendly and willing to help however they could. If you have not rented a vehicle, i suggest contacting them to arrange transportation from the airport in Quepos "

"The staff was very kind and accommodating the room was very nice and very big the shower was amazing we loved our balcony Overlooking the pool and seeing the scarlet macaws in the trees every morning 1 day there was a sloth on the property and the resonant cat was very sweet highly recommend this hotel very close and convenient to everything but a little bit off the beaten path"

"This hostel is near everything you need. ATM is two steps out the door (costs $2 to use), the swimming pool is really nice, sunloungers to use are in good condition and well placed, short walk to shops and restaurants and there's a restaurant that is attached to the hostel that does great breakfast for a good price. I would recommend paying extra for a room with air-conditioning because around day 3, I couldn't take much more of our stuffy room. "
