"Very dishonest staff and the manager did not help the situation. I checked in when I had a standard room and I requested a room for two beds and asked if I would be charged. They told me I would not be charged. I also double-checked the following day with the front desk and told me I would not be charged. Upon checking out, they told me I was charged $144. Terrible and the manager did help the situation. It was my first time to Burundi and had this terrible welcome at this hotel and will never...

"Internet, water,and power are turned off most of the day. If you want water for the shower or toilet you would ask the front desk and within 3 hours you would recieve cold water. I stayed there a month with no hot water ever. Swimming pool was a pond open to the community. No TV. This is camping, not staying at a nice hotel. The windows in the 4 different rooms i stayed in were broken. They would move me each time something would brake. "

"Stayed 6 nights and services were good throughout that time. Hotel is not fancy but staff are very helpful and the restaurant has a few good options. The building has an excellent gym. Only complaint about the rooms was the hard mattress. For the price, I would stay there again"
