We also absolutely loved the indoor pool and sauna. We watched the most beautiful sunset overlooking the city and Mountain View from the pool while eating empanadas from the pool area. When we had a delayed bus and needed to change our booking at short notice, the hotel obliged and gave us a room immediately without making us pay for the room we no longer needed on a different date. I am very happy at how flexible and obliging they were. We stayed in a suite and it was a huge room with everything that you needed. The gas heater kept it very warm too. "
