"Blue Mountain Inn was a lovely place to stay. My family and I spent the night here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The grounds are well maintained, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly. The pizza at the hotel restaurant was quite good. Definitely would stay here again upon our return."

"First, I got lost a number of times trying to locate the guest house On the first morning I arrived at the dining hall at 09h00 by then most of the breakfast had been eaten, I had to make do with some slices of bread and cheese which I asked for in the Kitchen. My booking included dinner which I had on the first night , but did not have on the second night. Please pay attention to the maintenance of wall plugs and remote control in room 105."

We arrived late at night in Maseru, Lesotho, (a city that ranks top 10 highest homicide rates worldwide) and were denied a room despite having paid and a confirmed booking. Explanation was that Expedia (Hotels.Com) always pays late, so they don't accept guests through their anymore. Completely cornered in this situation we ended up paying triple in addition to our Hotels,com Payment. Appalling, save yourself the hassle of staying with these thieves! "
