"Stället är ganska slitet. Sängkläder skulle ingå men fanns ej när vi kom dit (och så dags fanns ingen att kontakta). Ligger bredvid massabruk, så det luktar inte så gott ute (men man vänjer sig snabbt). Luktade unket inomhus (tog lite längre tid att vänja sig). Diskmaskinen trasig. Kallt (med antal skyltar om att man inte får reglera elementen). Sopsortering fanns för kartong, metall, plast, mm, men varken generellt brännbart eller kompost fanns några påsar alls för, osv. "I did not read from the check-in information from Expedia that reception closed at 22:00, earlier than my arrival time. Due to my non-arrival hotel reception contacted me on my mobile phone and we made arrangements for me to be able to successfully enter the hotel later after reception had closed."

"The staff was not present for check in and we had to wait a long time. Despite great weather the staff did not open the pool. Broken shower door and broken furniture at breakfast. Staff refused to put out more breakfast despite many guests arriving 15 min before breakfast closed, so we did not get proper breakfast or even coffee. This place needs to rethink. "

"The facilities were good, clean and the staff was always very helpful. The only concern was on our first night stay when the fire alarm went off at 10:30pm and there was no one there to direct the guests on what to do or where to go. After half an hour someone finally came and turned the alarm off. There was no response from the fire department!"
